Hi Matt,

>From the console, double click on one of the subnet icons. Is "Monitor this
device" checked off? Are you using a valid IP of a device in that subnet to
represent the entire subnet?

I hope that helps.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Monitoring Subnets within a parent map

I have set up a parent map that has our remote locations divided into
subnets based on state.
The IP addressing scheme is not broken up by state.
I have the maps created and subnets are pointed to the correct maps. Each
subnet map opens correctly and I can see my devices.
I can not get the parent map to monitor the subnets. All of the subnets
show inactive.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
