Be sure that you subnet icons on parent map are same name as the subnet map
itself. i.e map1 icon on parent map is the actual name of subnet map
map1.wup.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Monitoring Subnets within a parent map

I have set up a parent map that has our remote locations divided into
subnets based on state. The IP addressing scheme is not broken up by state.
I have the maps created and subnets are pointed to the correct maps. Each
subnet map opens correctly and I can see my devices. I can not get the
parent map to monitor the subnets. All of the subnets show inactive.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
