TN,

Go to the edit mode, place your mouse pointer in the upper left hand corner
of the devices you want to assign a common alert to, press and hold the left
mouse button, drag the mouse over the devices (it will form a square as you
move the mouse), release the mouse button, everything that was in the square
is now tagged. Put the mouse pointer over one of the tagged objects and
assign alerts as you normally would, the alert will be assigned to all the
tagged objects. Hope this helps, it is much easier to do than explain. If
this is unclear let me know.

Rob

Sorry for the GUG.

Yes I can do it in WUG 7 one device at a time. 120 devices in one map is
very time consuming. I am looking for the way to set the alert for all
devices at the same time as in WUG 4.

Thank you,

TN

GUG LOL.

Yes you can add alerts within a given map to multiple devices. Select the
devices and right click, add alerts.

Hello,

I'm not sure about GUG 7. I'm using BUG 7 and it works fine. Before that I
was using MUG and that was a disaster.

Mike

Hello,

I upgraded GUG from 4 to 7. In GUG4, I can set the alert for all of the
components in the same map by right click on the map, map properties, add
alert, and apply to all.

Can I still do that in GUG 7?

Thank you,

Trinh Nguyen

They just need to use Vacation message and not Autoresponder and since I
notice that there are no more emails from Ruby Khaira then she has probably
done the correct thing.

Craig.
