You can also hold down the left mouse button while moving your mouse, which will create a square around the devices. When you let up, all the devices within the square will be selected. Also, if you hold down your CTRL key you can select more devices the same way or select them one at a time. Once you have all the devices selected, then right click, 'Add Alerts to Selected Devices' and away you go.
