Hello, we have also been experencing these problems. I will see the
entry in the log but I do not receive an alert. More often its the
UPU alert that we do not get.
We are also on W2K WUG 7.04 I do not remember having this
with ver 6.x

I don't have a pattern too - but I am randomly loosing down alerts, too.
If this happens I only get an up alert - not very amusing :-(OS
is W2K and I have been seeing this since 7.01 (actual 7.04).I
thought only I have those problems...

HI,
I
built a new server with W2K Professional, and installed Whatsup Gold 7.0,
and then installed 7.04 and 7.04 releases.
I
have found that even though I have enabled "Auto send up alert after sending
down alert" I still don't get any up alerts when a downed device comes
backup.
Has
anyone got any suggestions to fix this?
