I also
had this problem with 7.02 some time ago. For my case, it was found that device
was brought UP before WUG finished sending out the down
alerts.
I
too have seen the same thing. It appears to be random, haven't been able to
find the pattern.....

HI,
I built a new server with W2K
Professional, and installed Whatsup Gold 7.0, and then installed 7.04 and
7.04 releases.
I have found that even though
I have enabled "Auto send up alert after sending down alert" I still don't
get any up alerts when a downed device comes backup.
Has anyone got any suggestions
to fix this?
