Hello,             I have an interesting situation.  I currently use WUG to monitor over 2000 devices using ICMP polling every 10 min.  I am also receiving SMNP alerts from another few hundred devices and email alerts on another couple thousand devices.  None of these network devices are mine but our partners allow me to ping, SNMP (read only) and they send me email alerts on the others.  I need a system where I can combine all this data into one tool that will allow me to track the history threads of a device, manage the ticket of tickets of the device, display all the data on one screen especially the down devices.  Track all the information for these devices in this tool and would also need to do reporting such as uptime etc…   Has anyone experienced a situation such as this?  If so any suggestions as the tools or where I can look for tools that might meet my needs?   Best Regards, Thank you
