What are the steps for creating a HTTP content monitor?

First try this:
Send=GET /index.shtml HTTP/1.0\r\nAccept: */*\r\nUser-Agent:
Ipswitch_Whatsup/4.0\r\n\r\n
Expect=~.*</html>

Apply the HTTP Content Scan to the device: www.keane.com.

Then refine your Expect= statement to achieve the text match 
that you are looking for.

I tried it from here and it worked fine.
