Vodafone don't have a TAP interface but they do have a TTY interface.
You need to dial the number, enter the mobile number at the prompt
and then the text message at the next prompt. I think a null phone number
terminates the call.
Sorry, can't remember the number (something like 0414 100200).
You can also do (possibly) web2txt.
