I currently have an item on a map that monitors 5 services.  One of the services has been down for at least half the month.  The icon shows as a service down, but when I run performance reports it says that the particular item in question was up 100% of the time.  Do I have to monitor each service separately in order to get accurate reporting?   Thanks, Eric Dami MCSE/MCSA
