> That could be it. I told it to use the existing ones. Thats it, it left your WUG 7.0 templates in place, hence the 7.0 visible on the pages. If you haven't modified any of the templates, you can simply drag and drop the new ones over top of them. (You can find a set in the WebTemplateArchive directory in your WUG install, see README.TXT there for details). Or run the install again if you prefer.
