Is the 'from' address a legitimate smtp address?  I had a similar issue
where I had just specified 'WhatsUp' in that field and the email was
failing.  I had out systems group create me an email account and used
the smtp address for that account and it worked.

Just a thought...

Aaron,
Try running the debug log while testing the notification and post the
error
that is returned.

For some reason, i can't get my mail notifications to work.  I can setup
my
email in outlook to work fine, but when i use the same server settings
in
WUG, it always fails...what the!!!!!

any suggestions?
