Thanks for all the replies on TS. I was referring to mainly using terminal
services to change maps, etc. I used TS in admin mode to connect to the
server then I stopped the wug service, worked on the maps and started the
service up again. Well other administrators were working on WUG at the same
time and it corrupted the map all together. We didnt know if it was due to
the fact there were mulitple users or terminal services so we just
uninstalled TS and placed pcanywhere back unto the server and every since we
havent had any issues. I think I will test TS on my test server to see what
happens. Again, thanks for the tips.

Are you talking about linking TS into each NT device from the WUG map?

If so TSAC installed on the WUG server with the below does the trick for me.

<a href=#
onClick="window.open('http://wugserver.domain/tsweb/default.htm?Server=serve
rtogetto.domain&iFS=2&AutoConnect=1','','scrollbars=no,resizable=no,width=82
5,height=650')">Terminal Admin Client</a>

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] terminal services with WUG8.0

Hello,
I was wondering if there are any issues with using Windows 2000 terminal
services with WUG 8.0. I know in the past I was told that WUG was not
tested using TS. Currently I am running WUG 7.04 with PCanywhere. Please
advise if the status has changed and if there are any problems related to
using TS with WUG8.0.
