This is off-topic, it looks like you're getting an SNMP trap that is completely Greek.
According to IANA, enterprises.5528 corresponds to "NetBotz". A little hunting provided me with the link for NetBotz SNMP MIB's, that can be installed using mibextra.exe in the WUG directory: http://www.netbotz.com/support/downloads/NetbotzMib.zip That should help make some sense out of the trap you're receiving.
