I am seeing the error in the WhatsUp Activity Log.  It is happening rather
frequently.

Are you seeing "Web Client Thread Failed" in the WUG activity log, or event
log?  If so this is probably the standard message that is generated when a
page fails to be served by the WUG web server.  Why it would be happening
however, is a mystery - nobody else ( to the best of my knowledge) has
reported anything like this thus far.

Is anyone else seeing this error in the activity logs?

Web Client Thread Failed

It appears that every so often when an http client is refreshed, the web
server will be unavailable.  When you refresh again it is available.  The
error above is created when the refresh fails.
