When I view the network map in Internet Explorer, I see black icons.
The WhatsUp Gold configuration:
Windows XP Pro running WhatsUp Gold 7.04 (Port 8000 for the server) (1024 X 768 @ 32 bit color)
Machines viewing web page remotely:
Windows XP Pro (1024 X 768 @ 32 bit color & 800 X 600 @ 24 bit color)
Windows 2000 Pro (1024 X 768 @ 32 bit color & 800 X 600 @ 24 bit color & 800 X 600 @ 256 bit color)
We are NOT using Terminal Services (but remote desktop connection is enabled on machines.) I have see this but it does not seem to apply - http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WG-20021119-DM02.htm
Suggestions or thoughts?
