As far as I've found there is no native way to do it for several reasons.
We ended up purchasing CoCoRes' add-ins to WUG to monitor both SQL and
Oracle servers.  Not sure what's up though... just tried their website
(cocores.com) and not getting any response.  There are a couple of others
out there somewhere ...

I'm rather new in the WhatsUp gold 8 business. Does anybody know how to
monitor a MS SQL-server 2000 and Oracle 8.1.7.0 databases??

Where can I find examples of monitoring scripts ??
