That way would work, but that is a lot of programming. The hard part is creating the email & pager sender in the batch file. That is why I picked WUG was to do the alerting, not to do it from a batch file. Unless WUG would allow command line access to it's alerting feature.

What I'm looking for is a way to alert if three or more of the PCs are down. I don't want an alert for each PC. Staff reboot computers and other things happen.
