They do however send me emails from their monitoring system. What i am doing is parsing those emails and from the outcome of the parser am attempting to send traps to WUG 8. In WUG i am trying to use the events to look for the traps coming in and do something about it. So far i have had 0 luck getting the event to even trigger based on the traps i am sending it.
