i'd like to monitor several devices through SNMP with WUG8 (trial version now, registered incoming). As a start I was trying the read the display of a HP4000 laserjet and show it in popup. It did not work, i've tried these settings:
SNMP: SNMP manageble device checked Read community: public Device OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.9.1
EVENT: Event Type: SNMP Trap Event: HP Display (name) Enterprise/OID:1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.9.1.1.3.0 Generic Type: 6 enterpice specific Specific type: Any Match ~. (all)
ALERTS: Enable alert, WinPopup/Default (trigger=1), Actions (everything checked)
The only time I get a popup is when the device goes off/online.
What's wrong?
