Alan, That is a bad picture. I can't remember off the top of my head, is the 310 fixed focus? Grab the camera lens and twist it 1/2 turn to the left or right. (BTW, If it won't twist, it's fixed focus model.) Looks like it's out of focus, so if it is fixed focus lens, get netbotz to repair/replace it.

I did contact support and sent the a few image shots. They started talking to me about my lighting and stuff. Our DC is around 20 x 40 feet, drop ceiling with the basic 2'x4' fluorescent lights spaced out pretty evenly. The Netbotz is not mounted near one. Changing our lighting is just not an option. I have attached a picture from it, not sure if the list allows it, but if so you can see what I mean. The guy in the chair is maybe 15' away. Thanks for all the replies so far, I will check them out. Long range shot of about 100' is no problem in telling who it is... You might want to contact NetBotz, seems like you might have a problem. You might try an AXIS just for pictures. I also have seen a lot of the (www.akcpinc.com) and know a lot of people that like them also. We got the Netbotz 310 and the camera part of it basically just sucks. If you are not within 5' of it, it is very difficult if not impossible to make out who might be in our Data Center. I can get better images and coverage from a cheap little web cam. With that, I am looking for a device that would be cheaper than the netbotz and provide me with temp and humidity. I did not see a product from them that only did this.
