I figured out how to do it.
a. Create a report in the performance graphs report jobs window (Reports > Performance
Graphs)
b. Note: if your report has spaces such as "My Report" it is recorded in cstatrpt.ini
as "My_Report"
c. Note: From the CLI you can run the report by typing "cstatrpt My_Report" (I was
only able to get this to work if I was in the dir ":\Program
Files\WhatsUp\Web\Reports>")
d. Open dir ":\Program Files\WhatsUp\Notification\Program"
e. Copy and rename the file "DefaultWeeklyReports" to something else, "AllMyReports"
f. The text in the "DefaultWeeklyReports" file looks like this :
[Program\DefaultWeeklyReports]
CLSID={BD29855F-9AF2-11D4-8041-00E0295E9283}
Filename=:\Program Files\WhatsUp\cstatrpt.exe
WorkingDirectory=:\Program Files\WhatsUp
Arguments=Avail_Week_HTML Comp_Week_HTML Summary_Week_HTML
So I changed it in my new copy to (notes are prefixed by arrows):
[Program\AllMyReports] <------------------------------------------CHANGE NAME TO
MATCH FILE
CLSID={BD29855F-9AF2-11D4-8041-00E0295E9283}
Filename=:\Program Files\WhatsUp\cstatrpt.exe
WorkingDirectory=:\Program Files\WhatsUp
Arguments=My_Report
<------------------------------------------CHANGE NAME TO MATCH REPORT
g. Save the file
h. Go to "Configure > Recurring Notifications" in the console
i. Click "new"
j. Drop down list in "Select a notification method"
k. You will now see your report batch under the program notification.

You will not be able to add anymore to this one.
2. Can I add a new schedule? Monthly?
Yes, you can create new one and will be able to click the change time option
and choose which time frame you would like this to run.
