My WUG service will not stop cleanly. I am running 8.0 with all updates and hotfixes. The only way I can get the service to stop is to manually kill the processes - wugsvc.exe, whatsupg.exe, winevnt.exe and snmpevnt.exe.
I have spent too much time on this and I think my best option is to just totally de-install and re-install from scratch. Is there documentation on how to do this without losing my maps, alerts and all my configurations?
