Hello! I have some servers with several monitored services. Some critical and some not so critical. And I have two alerts , one sms and one email, on this server.
Now I want to configure so that alerts to sms only are sent when a critical service is down. And I dont want to have an sms when the not-critical service goes down. Anyone with a good idea on how to fix this? The only thing I can find out is to have two devices on the map for this server, (maybe one on a separate map).
