I had a similar issue using Exchange 5.5. Turned out to be an SMTP relay permissions issue. Change was made to outbound allow list and all was well. This may be specific to our SMTP gateway software (Trend).

Hello to all: 
 
Can somebody help me in the following thing? 
 
I have Microsoft Exchange Server 2000.

I Have Windows 2000 Server. and Windows 2000 Professional
I have installed WhatsUpGold Version 8.01. 
I have created a MailBox Valid call "WhatsUpGold@meridiangold.com" 
I am trying to send alerts to my Cellular telephone.

 

When shipment alerts to an address of my domain, for example: [EMAIL PROTECTED], the Mail of Alert arrives well.

 

But when I configure the shipment to my cellular one, [EMAIL PROTECTED] or to any other address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) that doesn't belong to our domain, the alert Mail doesn't arrive. 
 
Does somebody have some idea of as solving this problem?
