This does not look like a What'sUp Gold issue from your description.  Looks like an email server issue.  Talk to your email administrator, sounds like your email server is not relaying mail to the outside world, this could be an anti-spam security measure applied by the email administrator or set by default on the email server.   Also, check your application logs when using the Test button on the Configure -> Notifications Library screen.  The logs might reveal why the mail server is not sending out your mail.   If you can get logs from the email server it would also help.   Sometimes you can fool the email server into relaying the email to the outside by using a real address within your domain as the sender, but it looks like you're doing this already.    Good luck, you're on the right track!

Hello to all:

Can somebody help me in the following thing?

I have Microsoft Exchange Server 2000.
I Have Windows 2000 Server. and Windows 2000 Professional
I have installed WhatsUpGold Version 8.01.
I have created a MailBox Valid call "WhatsUpGold@meridiangold.com
I am trying to send alerts to my Cellular telephone.

When shipment alerts to an address of my domain, for example: [EMAIL PROTECTED], the Mail of Alert arrives well.

But when I configure the shipment to my cellular one, [EMAIL PROTECTED] or to any other address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) that doesn't belong to our domain, the alert Mail doesn't arrive.

Does somebody have some idea of as solving this problem?

Thanks to all.

Excuse my English.
