I'm running WUG Version 8.03HF1 Release 2003.12.19. We've just discovered that the Beeper Notifications have quit working. I can run the manual test and it works fine (Configure | Notifications Library). When a system is down, WUG sends out the Email Notifications but the Beeper Notifications never happen. WUG is installed on a Windows 2000 Server w/SP2. Nothing has been done recently to the server, with the exception of installing WUG 8.03 Hotfix 1 on 2/06/2004.
Note that this occurred once before (before the Hotfix was installed) and rebooting the server corrected the issue. Rebooting didn't fix the issue this time. The Event Viewer shows nothing. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this and how to fix it?
