Ok, I've change the maps to xml and saved them all, including the default in Configure/Program Options/Map database, and restarted a couple times. Now, when I get into the web config to fix security there is only the default map available to assign. None of the xml maps are available, and the old users still have all the .wup maps assigned to them. Even if I add a new user, the default map is the only one available to assign.
