All the Mibs are there!!! Copied relevant files from test to live system WUG works on test system but not on live site!!!!!

Problem is I can only get very limited info so SNMP is defiantly working. I get Name of server and general Network Card info. I am unable to install SNMP4win2k on server. Will hopefully be install Compaq Insight manager + Agents but just wondered why I was unable to see a lot of all the info. Even tried PRTG and everything was greyed out.
