Paul, Might seem like a daft question, but have you installed SNMP Agents (as well as the SNMP Service) on the boxes you are trying to monitor? It sounds like your seeing the basic MIB-II information in WhatsUp (sysid, interface, etc), in order for SNMP to return vendor specific information an vendor specific agent must be running on the target machine Best regards Toby Masson *********************************************************** Toby G.
