>From my persppective, typical tech support response time is good on our
maintenance contract. If i require something specific, I pick up the
phone and get right in and have an answer as soon as Tech Support can
give it to me based on the question asked (most of mine have been simple
enough so far, but the again we're not using the product to it's full
capabilitities either). I've also had good response times out of e-mail
(usually within 12-24 hours! and is what I would expect for an e-mail
dialog).
