I have a user with XP Pro and IE 6.0.2800 SP1. He is unable to click on any icons in the web interface. When he clicks on an icon it just refreshes the map as if he clicked somewhere else on the page rather than over an icon. Has anyone seen this behavior? This is WUG ver 8. Other users with the same OS and IE versions (including me) are not seeing this behavior. He is using a new laptop from Dell, the OS was installed at the factory.
