And to add to that process, if I do the same thing through the console, and not the web interface, the results are exactly the same and I am not able to reset the counters that way either. The counters reset when I ask them to, but then when the service is restarted, again the counters are put back to their old statistics. I have even tried taking all the old log files and dumping them elsewhere temporarily to see and still they are getting back in there. Very frustrating...
