A lot of good information passes through the list, but I am inundated with mail every day and am constantly having to delete mail to stay within my quota at work and I deal with support of many companies just like the rest of you. I prefer to participate in forums where I can go to the messages, follow threads, search for solutions, etc. I may be the lone ranger here, but I was curious about how others on the list feel about this.
