I just took a look at wugportal.com and it looks great, but I could find no reference to this site on the Ipswitch support page (maybe I missed it), only a page to sign up for the lists. So new users looking for support options won't know about wugportal.com and will sign up for the list. I have not heard anyone disagree yet about the forums, so why not point customers to wugportal.com instead of the lists on the customer support page. I think this is probably the only way you are going to get everyone to particpate in / migrate to the forums.
