If you boss only wants a pretty picture, how about a
visio diagram? Suggest his printed copy will be out of date, following
your next poll... 60 seconds maybe.
You might have better results dragging a copy of each
map from the Web interface into a word processor, easy to resize and print,
perhaps even write a custom web page that gets it 99% ready to print out of the
browser.

haven't tried printing from WUG before. However, if I was having the
trouble that you have described below, I would do an alt + print screen to
capture the window with each map displayed. Then paste from the
clipboard each map into mspaint or some other picture editing
software. Resize, save and print the picture. It's a little more
work, but it sounds like the way to go in your
situation.
