I may be wrong, but from what I finally understand is that the "Action" command links to the Net_tools command from the main program. So if you are in the main program, not the web, click on Tools, there is a submenu called Net Tools. It seems that the Action command from the web links to that. There is no Telnet command in there. If I am right, (and I hope I am not), then I do not know of a way to link the telnet button.
