Could anyone help me on this?
When SMS and SMTP alerts are configured individually, it will only send DOWN alerts to everyone in the alert list even I had configured each individual alerts to send UP alerts after detecting that service is up . However, when I group all the SMS and SMTP alerts together, it is able to send DOWN and UP SMS and SMTP alerts to everyone.
Could anyone tell me whether this is a mis-configuration problem or WUG bug?
