Can I see the scroller Code that you are using? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, July 13, 2004 12:16 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Passing values to a service down event
We are using the device down scroller to report device down and service events. It works very well.... Now I would like to know if a service goes down and is scrolling if it is possible to include the value which triggered the event? An example would be if a high temperature event occurred (see below) and the value was 51.00 - could the 51 be passed to the device down scroller? 20040712 141856 SNMP 123.123.123.123 Trap(temperatureThresholdViolation1) mtrapargsInteger.0=32 mtrapargsString.0="Environment: High temperature threshold violation of 51.00 F on probe 1."
