If you don't offer this feature then you are really splitting those who want email and those that want a forum into two different support groups. I would also say that half of the forums that I am on allow you to post to the forum via email. This gives everyone what they want. It gives you one group of users to support. The current forum notifications doesn't even give a subject line, so I have to go to the forum just to find out if I want to read the message. I would have hoped that Ipswitch had read all the suggestions about a forum vs. a mailing list and seen what they could do not to loose one of the groups. > > Ultravnc is a good example.
