Is there any way to get the subscription to the forum to include the actual message not just a notification that there is a message? All of the other forums I am on and subscribed to send the full message. It is the only thing that makes a forum usable as far as I'm concerned. If you don't offer this feature then you are really splitting those who want email and those that want a forum into two different support groups. I would also say that half of the forums that I am on allow you to post to the forum via email. This gives everyone what they want. It gives you one group of users to support.

This is right on target. I've setup quite a few threaded discussion servers and one thing that kills them are config's that don't allow message forwarding (every message or digest) or response via email.
Taking this a little further (assuming Ipswitch sticks with the discussion server) I think you should consider adding a moderated forum that allows attachment posting. Support for WUG, including user created scripts etc, should be located through one source. If I want to access the forum via browser and I can't remember exactly what the forum URL is, well gosh, all I have to do is go to the main Ipswitch site and I'll have access to text postings, scripts etc -- not text messages at Ipswitch, files from China...
