When CSTATRPT is run it writes to CSTATRPT.OUT.

I just ran a test where I deliberately broke my DSN in the registry. CSTATRPT.OUT
recorded the resultant 599 error.

Subject: Re: [WhatsUp Forum] Reoccurring notification and SMTP

Latricia,

OK- here's what I found was wrong with my reoccurring notifications for
my weekly and monthly performance reports and I'm hoping the problem has
been resolved, but I won't know until Sunday morning after the next set
of reports are scheduled to run:

I finally had to T-Shoot this from the console by manually trying to
run the reports and only after getting an error about "Database access
error 599:0 Cannot open SQL server", discovered that my WUGSTATDATA was
missing from my ODBC setup on the WUG server. What's interesting, is
that this is the second time this year I've discovered this issue and
fixed it. I don't know if this is your specific problem or not, but
since you're pulling information from the network map status which is
also stored in the log files, it might be worth checking it out to be
sure yours also hasn't disappeared (Knowledge Base Article link) and
that's the problem with yours not working:

Interesting. I started to look at the recurring notification on my
system here since I was using it to run the weekly and monthly
performance reports and noticed that they haven't run since April...
(the managers must really be using this feature if they haven't notified
me it wasn't updating, eh?) I guess I need to look at how this is set up
on my end and get the performance graphs working again before I can
suggest anything further...

My reoccuring notification doesn't work. I followed the manual, but I'm
not sure about the codes..here is what I would like for it to do..I need
to be beeped once in the morning @ 8am, once @4 pm, during the weekdays
and once @12 on the weekends. Also, because I am a little confused with
the codes I can't SMTP working. any help with this is appreciated.
