Correct. You have to create your own. I'm using 866-823-0501 for the phone
number and Default Tap for the SMS script. Max message length of 160. I
can't get it to work at anything faster than 300 baud but my Whatsup modem
is really old so your mileage may vary.

I would probably suggest using both dialup and e-mail for SMS
notifications rather than just e-mail. For example, Whatsup monitors
several things that, if they fail, would prevent me from being able to
reach Verizon's mail servers so I wouldn't get these critical
notifications.
