I haven't received a response to this yet so I thought I would ask everybody here.
http://www.ipswitch.com/forums/shwmessage.aspx?ForumID=5&MessageID=2095 Other products that I have looked at in the past had the option of rechecking a site a minute after a failed poll. For example, if you are monitoring websites every 20 minutes and it misses one poll, it would recheck the site every 30 seconds until it responded and sends out an alert after the 3rd or 4th poll. With WUG, the only option that I know of is to wait for the full polling period to pass, so the site would have to be down for 80 minutes if 4 was the trigger and it polled every 20 minutes. Is this something that is coming in the new version or is it already there in 8.x but I haven't seen it... ***************************************************************** This e-mail and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which they are addressed.
