Pete is this product going to get rolled into a product that will cost a fortune like you guys are doing with the Imail product. If so I will not be upgrading and wasting my money. What good is an SA that will not cover a new release? Is there any chance of WhatsUp getting canned in the next year, to be replaced by a new wider range product? Please reply Thanks Allen

Here are the details: Retail Price:............................................ $1495.00 Service Agreement Renewal................................ $395.00 Gold to Professional Upgrade/SA Holders:................. $0.00 Gold to Professional Upgrade/Non-SA Holders:............. $995.00 For those of you who do not have a current service agreement, the WhatsUp Gold service agreement may be purchased for $395.00 any time prior to the release of WhatsUp Professional, which is currently scheduled for 9-Nov-2004. It's a great way to save a couple of bucks. Cheers! pete.;1 -)-------------- Peter H. Jenney Product Management Ipswitch 10 Maguire Rd. Can any one reassure me that this is not the case, that we will be granted the upgrade to Pro if we have a service contract? I don't think I can stomach another $6000 surprise like I had with Imail.
