Just found out it is working in netscape and firefox, not IE...

Hello James!

If your tags are still in place, check the refresh time set in the Web
Server setup.  Make sure someone hasn't set it up to some really high
number.  Also, try emptying your browser cache, then log in again to
see if
that helps.

Worst case scenario, run the full install file, and allow the install
process to install new web templates.  Actually, if you decide to go
this
route, rename the Web directory in the WUG root, then run the install
file -
this will make certain that you have "fresh" web templates in there.

Recently I noticed our WUG pages are not refreshing thought the meta
refresh tags are still in place.  Not sure how long this has been
going
on, anyone seen this behavior before?
