This is continually a problem. And, becoming increasingly frustrating. This product should not have been released. It is obviously not ready. It doesn’t even function as well as WhatsUp Gold. Very, very bad. I am monitoring network devices across a globally distributed MPLS and Internet based VPN network. Due to the instability of some of the links I have an alert sent only after 5 minutes of downtime. But as some of these links are not very reliable they are going down for 1-2 minutes several times a day. I have had some interfaces go down but the notification is for 5 minutes before sending the down alert.
