I have
recently inherited the responsibility for what's up gold, and I have limited
knowledge on all the uses for it. We are using v.8. All I have
setup now is monitoring service, but I was told there are more functionalities
to it. I've read the users guide but didn't get much out of it. Can
someone enlighten me on what I'm missing..
