One thing that cleared up some of my images was to increase the
resolution on the WUP server. Yes I know you are probably looking at
the images remotely but my server was set to 16 color and it was messing
up remote access images.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] WUP Questions

I noticed that when editing devices in WUP there is no undo, and any
change is saved right away. This makes it very difficult to try
something, because as soon as you do there is no going back quickly.
When will the undo feature be available?

I was trying to move a block of icons to another map/group. I first
tried a drag and drop. That didn't work because a big black box was
around the block of icons, and it hide the folders to move it into. So
I cut the icons from one group, then tried to paste them into the other
group. I have found out now that paste doesn't work for me at all in
WUP. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

I noticed that the images in all of my maps are fuzzy. They were not
fuzzy in WUG8. I added a new image I know is not fuzzy, and it shows as
fuzzy as well. All of my maps/groups have a floor plan image on them.
My staff use these images to get room numbers and other information
from. I need this turned off. Where is the setting that controls this
fuzz factor?

The new features in WUP are very nice. However because it is a very big
change, and it will take a few months to get my custom scripts converted
over. So in the mean time I have make any changes to both systems. Is
there any plan to allow running the migration tool after the install?

Thank You
