You are correct, along with many other features missing in WUP that were available in WUG from the Web interface. WUP looks more suited for management to pull reports, and not technicians to function from the web interface. My 2 cents.

In the Whatsup Gold Website I can ping the divice form the Map. In Whatsup Professional I can`t ping a divice form the Website. Ist this right?
